Wilson’s Vauxhall is like the rest of Wilson’s - Very Poor. Their staff must go to the same Customer Service training where they must be trained to ignore customers. I used to have a Peugeot and thought it may be just the Peugeot service team that ignored customers, but Vauxhall do exactly the same!!
I have just been to collect my car from Vauxhall and when you enter the service reception, you suddenly become invisible to their staff as they completely ignore you.
